Double Up National Network

Bring Double Up to your community!

Fair Food Network is  working with partners nationwide on their healthy food incentive programs. In 2016, Double Up Food Bucks programs will be active in 18 states at farmers markets, farm stands, CSAs, grocery stores, and other retail locations. Fair Food Network is also providing consulting support to partners in three other states. With its established and uniform design, central administration, and local implementation, the Double Up model reduces the burden placed on local partners and has proven successful in a diverse range of markets in urban, rural, and suburban communities alike.

Double Up Toolkit & Technical Assistance. We have translated the Double Up program into a practitioner toolkit available to groups interested in starting a Double Up program outside of Michigan. Fair Food Network can help you start a Double Up program in your region with the tools and templates you need to do it yourself. Email us for information about licensing our toolkit and brand materials. We are also on-hand to provide technical assistance throughout the process. The Fair Food team can be a resource as you develop your program model and implementation at markets or groceries. We can share proven outreach, recordkeeping systems, evaluation and fundraising strategies, and help with specific trainings for market managers, grocery stores, funders and other community partners.

Partnership with Wholesome Wave. We are also partnering with Wholesome Wave, a fellow leader in the field, to develop a model for healthy food incentives. Together, we aim to deliver the power of a best-practice informed program with the expertise of a national incentive program network.
